Last Minute Change of Plans, Literally! Written By: Walters Web Design & Nick Lyons Motorsports (St. Louis, MO - May 19th, 2008) -- At the last minute Nick Lyons Motorsports decided to load the car and head to Clay County Speedway for a night of racing Saturday night. Nicks prior schedule cleared early and we wanted to go racing. Our usual crew chief was not on hand, but Ron Fisher filled in for what we hoped would be a great night. Nick unloaded the car and was fast in hot laps. We started 2nd in the heat race, and led every lap. That earned us the pole position for the start of the feature. Feature came and "QUICK NICK LYONS" led it from green flag to the checker. The 2X team once again put on one hell of a show for the fans. When interviewed in victory lane they asked Nick what he thought of that run, he said he had more fun tonight than we had in a long time. Next weekend you will be able to catch Nick Lyons Motorsports at Tri-City Speedway on May 23rd and at Clay County Speedway on May 24th.
